QHHT Session
Amber held a QHHT session for me in March 2025. We had a relaxed interview whilst out for a walk, in which she gently brought out things which seemed important to me, to the surface and helped up choose some aspects to explore with me while under hypnosis, and formulate some questions that I wanted to ask my higher self.
I went under quite easily as Amber conducted the session calmly and precisely, she used well practised techniques as well as her in-the-moment flexibility to help me to visualise what was presented to me.
I found myself in an inner world in which I was visiting beings on the inside of the moon. It did not seem like a past life but a shifted time/place of consciousness, showing me aspects I had previously been interested in, but in new vivid detail that surprised me in many ways. They showed me how experiences were captured on earth that other beings could choose to have. The session was amazing and so much came up for me. We got answers to most of the questions we had asked. Our session lasted close to 200 minutes, yet the time seemed to pass very quickly. The depth of our conversation changed many of my previous perceptions about astrology and chart interpretation.

QHHT Session
At that time, my heart was filled with both anticipation for the future and a great deal of uncertainty. I was also worried about my physical health and about my daughter’s marriage. With these concerns in mind, I decided to try a QHHT session.
During the first session, I was unable to enter a deeper hypnotic state, so we ended the session midway. A few days later, we tried again. The most vivid image that appeared during the process was a young deer. It was also the very first scene that came to me: I was with my father at the edge of a forest near the sea. The deer felt as if it were a reflection of myself. An overwhelming wave of emotion arose, and I suddenly felt the urge to cry. Soon I found myself sobbing deeply.
In the second session, the imagery became much clearer, and I was crying almost throughout the entire process. I saw fragments of past lives. In one life, I was a Taoist cultivator practicing on an immortal mountain. Because my will was not strong enough, I eventually fell into a life of wandering and became a homeless man, dying at the foot of the mountain without a good ending.
In another life, I became the pet chicken of a city lord during the Tang Dynasty. At first I appeared as an old hen—fierce and rather unattractive. Later, after the lord was assassinated by his enemies, I underwent a transformation and became a proud and spirited rooster. I avenged the lord, then flew to the foot of the immortal mountain where the wandering man had died. After visiting him, I entered the mountain once again to continue cultivation.
During the session, when I asked questions about my physical health and about my daughter’s marriage, the answers came quickly and naturally, as if they arose without any need for thought.
After the session ended, I felt both my body and my mind become lighter and emptier, in a peaceful way. It seemed that many of the emotions I had been holding inside were finally released.
